Fallout 3-style Enclave soldier with a Fallout 3-style plasma rifle, which looks like it was made in shop class.
I like how most of this guy came out, but he looks too... agile. Not bulky enough. I mean, that's 50 lbs. of servos and radiation shielding and ceramic and metal plating right there, and he looks like he could perform ballet. Or that he shops wherever Master Chief gets his athletic-wear.
'Course, he will be stomping around in a flooded bayou, so maybe a little agility is called for.
